Assignment Details

Our client, a top global Management Consulting firm, is looking to onboard an experienced RPO relationship manager.

Key roles and responsibilities would include-

1. Manage performance and communication with current recruitment process outsourcing manager
2. Report progress towards Talent acquisition
3. Analyze hiring funnel end-to-end and propose improvement measures
4. Support onboarding of additional RPO, if required

Skills Required

1. Typically, in the mid-managerial position who has experience of managing cross functional stakeholders
2. Have first-hand recruiting experience or understands basic recruitment fundamentals
3. Tier-2/Tier-3 college is fine; recruiting experience and working knowledge of excel should suffice
