Our client, an Indian Multinational Pharmaceutical Company, is seeking an Independent Consultant who will work on standardizing job descriptions (JDs) across various roles within the organization. This includes roles currently lacking JDs, roles with JDs in different formats, and new or modified roles without JDs. The Consultant will be responsible for understanding role responsibilities from the Business or HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and updating JDs as per the standard template provided by the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Business or HRBPs to understand role responsibilities.
- Modify/enrich existing job descriptions according to the current standard template.
- Create JDs for roles currently lacking them, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
- Review and update JDs for new or modified roles.

This role would require Part-Time capacity for the duration of 4 months with onsite support in Mumbai.

Skills Required

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resources.
Education: Graduate (Bachelor of Management Studies in HR preferred).
Consultants should be available to work on 8 JDs per day.
