Assignment Details

Our Client, a niche HR Consulting Company is looking to engage with an HRBP Consultant to support mainly on the below responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities -

- To provide HR guidance to align HR practices with business goals, analyze metrics, resolve employee relation issues, and work with the Management to improve work relationships and productivity
- Responsible for fostering a healthy culture of continuous improvement by ensuring a high retention rate of the workforce - by inculcating training programs, developing healthy employee relations, and maximizing employee productivity
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and managers, understanding their objectives and aligning HR initiatives to support organizational goals
- Assist in the design and implementation of learning and development programs to build employee capabilities and enhance career growth opportunities

Capacity- Part time basis
Location - Noida/South Delhi will be required to work from Client office on need basis.

Skills Required

- 8-15 years of experience in HRBP or related roles in MNCs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with the ability to apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to influence and drive change, with a focus on delivering results and continuous improvement.
