Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG firm is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition and People Experience Consultant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Talent Management:
a. Provides input and execute the Talent strategy for the business: Buy/Borrow fixed & flex talents from within and from external talent eco-system & Build/ Retain like-minded talents with bespoke development plans & exceptional rewards systems.
b. Leads talent recruitment strategy, including hiring, interview process, CV shortlisting & finalization of candidate.
c. Onboarding of talent into the system in a smooth manner
d. External market talent benchmark
2. Organization & Capability Development:
a. Implements and coordinates change initiatives to build a flexible & effective organization closer to market to unlock growth
b. Leads all people to experience lead activities in the system for talent- this includes system onboarding, role changes, administrative help for employees in a new role, and promotions.
c. Resignations & data management.
3. Culture Development & Employee Engagement:
a. Drives analysis, design, and execution of people engagement plans to support relevant leaders leveraging the power of analytics
4. Stakeholder Management
a. Fosters strong relationships with HR teams in each relevant market (HRBP, HRS) & Global HR Community.
b. Building key relationships with business leaders & all employees

Skills Required

1. 6- 8 years of HR experience
2. A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
3. Experience in PEL & TA-related activities
4. Experience working with widely spread teams & matrix organizations
5. Have experience in organization analytics & recruitment would be a plus
6. Have a strong track record of performance & collaborative mindset
7. Have strong communication and influencing skills with key stakeholders
8. Have strong talent management and org effectiveness skills
