Assignment Details

Our client, an Indian multinational pharmaceutical company, is looking to engage with a Talent Acquisition Manager who can help them with Clinical researcher hiring.

Work involves:
- End-to-end recruiting
- Determine current staffing needs
- Source candidates on social networks and niche platforms
- Advertise jobs internally and externally
- Review job applications to identify high-potential candidates
- Prepare quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand each position’s expectations
- Track key recruiting KPIs, including time to fill and source of hire
- Craft job offer letters
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Duration: 6 months
Location: Mumbai (preferable), otherwise remote would work
Capacity: Full-Time

Skills Required

- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in the recruitment domain
- Experience in hiring Clinical R&D profiles is a must-have
- End-to-end recruitment experience
- Excellent networking & interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills & ability to negotiate effectively
- Strong execution capabilities & result orientation
- Experience of working with a search firm will be a definite plus
