Assignment Details

Our client, a niche HR Consulting Company is looking to engage with an HR Analystics Professional to mainly support on the below responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities -

- Assist in the development and maintenance of HR dashboards in the HRIS system to help influence and drive strategy, automating the delivery where possible
- Generate data-driven insights through partnership and collaboration with HRBPs and internal and external functional experts
- Develop effective partnerships with employees, managers, and leadership with cross functions and ensure a positive work environment. Create a robust employee network
- Support organizational efforts toward employee engagement and build relationships to develop engaging program

Capacity- Part time capacity on need basis
Location - Bangalore or Remote

Skills Required

- 5-10 years of experience in performing analytics and creating reports and metrics in HR
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail and deadline oriented
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
-Specialist Exp in Rewards or HR Analytics
Worked with Big4 Consulting firms.
