Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG organisation, seeks a Global HRBP (interim) for their tech transformation department.

As a strategic HR business partner, you will have the autonomy to create and implement a transformational people plan that will enable organisational future-fit capabilities to shape the future of technology. The role has full HR
business partner remit: talent management, succession planning, capability building, change management, organisation design, culture, reward, equity, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, workforce planning and
budget management.

You will be part of a fantastic, experienced, and engaged global team of HRBPs, and will have the opportunity to be part of a global HR squad delivering against a broader HR agenda. You will be supported operationally by People Experience Leads, Data Specialists, Global Mobility and Talent Advisors in the markets and have line management of an Assistant HR Manager.

Key Deliverables:

- Developing and Deploying the One Tech Organization, Talent and Culture agenda;
- Together with the Talents teams you will work on attracting, developing and retaining talent to ensure a strong pipeline of internal and external talents with differentiated capabilities and domain expertise;
- Leveraging HR data insights and analytics to drive people and business decisions around workforce planning, succession planning, skills development and rewards;
- Landing transformative organization changes to achieve desired business outcomes;
- Business partnering with the team and ensuring HR solutions, and interventions are delivered on time in full;
- Coach and guide large & diverse leadership teams in their journey of being a high-performing team;
- Working and collaborating as part of the broader HR community to leverage scale and consistency where appropriate.

Duration: 9 months (maternity cover)
Nature of work: Onsite (Bangalore)
Capacity: Full time, onsite
Intensity: High-volume role and coupled with ongoing transformation/change management. A very hands-on, execution-oriented project. Consultant would need to hit the ground running.

Skills Required

- A strong HR business partnering background, with experience building strong stakeholder relationships built on trust, integrity, and credibility.
- Strong thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Worked as part of a global multi-cultured team (Europe, LATAM, India) or have experience working with different cultures.
- Strong preference for experience partnering Technology business areas or at least with interest in Tech, with understanding of different skills, roles, and career paths.
- Experience in organisation design and change implementation
- Excellent organisational and executional skills with focus to deliver results.
- A team player with a preference towards collaboration and team engagement
- Have the adaptability and resilience to balance short and long-term priorities.
- Courage and a flexibility of approach to coach, challenge and become a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.
- Good business acumen and numeracy, confident using data and insight to fully understand problems presented and provide the right recommendations.
- Ability to build a network, delivering through others, and working with HR colleagues across the globe.
- High-volume role and coupled with ongoing transformation / change management. A very hands-on, execution-oriented project. Would need to hit the ground running;
- MBA / PGDBM or any equivalent Post Graduate degree in HR.
