Assignment Details

A top tier management consultancy is looking to engage with a Sales Consultant to lead hospital channel sales for their client- a leading pharma company

The Consultant will be required to:

1. Serve as key project manager to the team by providing operational management and support
2. Drive aggressive scaling-up initiatives under the hospital sales vertical
3. Handling stockist supplies and ensuring achievement of hospital sales acquisition targets
4. Hardcore implementation of effective channel sales strategies
5. Identifying bottlenecks and under-performing areas and work with senior stakeholders to initiate improvement strategies

This is a full time 6 months project (extendable to 9 months) and will involve extensive travel across India to the target locations

Skills Required

1. Project Management Experise in the Sales domain
2. Experience in the Pharma and Medical Device industry is a plus but not mandatory
3. Excellent inter-personal skills
4. Strong Problem Solving aptitude
