Our client, a pharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Consultant specializing in Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) innovation to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, with expertise in sector landscaping, industry analysis, identifying gap opportunities, and formulating Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
Responsibilities:
Conduct sector landscaping to evaluate CDMO innovation within the pharmaceutical industry.
Gain a deeper understanding of the CDMO industry, including market trends, key players, and emerging technologies.
Identify gap opportunities within the CDMO innovation space.
Develop a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the Group based on industry insights.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies and objectives.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Group on project progress and findings.
Note: This is a project-based role for an initial Duration of one month (extendable) and requires the consultant to devote Part-time Capacity; remotely.
Skills Required
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
2. Extensive experience (minimum 8-10 years) in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, with a focus on CDMO innovation.
3. Proven track record in sector landscaping, industry analysis, and strategy development.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
6. Experience working with industry experts, consultants from top firms, and private equity professionals within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors is highly desirable.
7. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
