Assignment Details

Our client, a PE firm, is looking to engage with a Senior Strategy Consultant who can help them craft an intricate business plan within India's health and wellness sector. The Consultant will be tasked with pivotal responsibilities encompassing thorough market research, strategic planning, and the meticulous development of a comprehensive business blueprint.

Work involves:
1) Executive Summary Business Overview Key Success Factors
2) Commercial Viability of Business Staffing
3) Job descriptions of owners and staff involved - Organization chart explaining the above
4) Market Research and Analysis Competitor Analysis
5) Sales, Marketing, and Promotions Strategy Competitive Edge
6) Potential Customer Analysis/Segmentation SWOT Analysis
7) Specific information of products/ services and pricing Distribution/Partnership Strategy for expansion Operations Analysis
8) Governing Laws, Regulations, and Licensing Risk Management and Contingency Plan
9) Capital investment details and funding required
o (2 years detailed income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statements)
o (5 years High level income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statements)
10) References for online market research
11) Pitch Deck to Investors and Partners covering:
o Elevator Pitch
o Detailed Pitch Deck to Partners (financials)

Skills Required

1) Experience at a top tier consulting firm with exposure to designing business plans / reports
2) Ability to summarize complex information in a clear and concise manner
3) Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic
4) Good knowledge of South African market preferred
