Assignment Details

Our client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is looking to engage with a Presales - Solution Expertise & Operations Excellence Consultant, who would be responsible for engaging with Zones & other central functions to develop and drive business transformation in key areas, such as Process innovation, lean/agile, digitization, improve operational performance & efficiency.

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and define the process roll-out for presales teams, ensuring process compliance within Presales International.
2. Drive standardization and price competitiveness by developing and deploying tools, coordinating with the Pricing team, and rolling out pricing team recommendations within the solution tendering community.
3. Roll out legal and compliance requirements in line with zone compliance and legal framework throughout international operations and standardize/digitize tendering practices for all presales with an emphasis on fast turnaround.
4. Work with zone Procurement team to enhance procurement efficiency (Back-to-back frame contract with OG Supplies, standardization & Localization of OG materials) and drive the movement to D-Flow, ensuring gate reviews and compliance of CPP process.
5. Deploy solution processes and tools, support skills and knowledge management within Solution Centers, and ensure implementation of key tools while providing coaching on process implementation.
6. Drive customer experience across various touch points within the Presales teams.
7. Identify the necessary recommendations for improvement
8. Support solution centers with defining & completing necessary corrective action plans
9. Support implementation of key tools (bPS, bFO, risk registers, project charter, etc.).
10. Solution Center Skills and Knowledge Management:
11. Ensure Solution Centers have skills development plans for key roles (PM Tender, PM Execution, Contract/Tender Manager), including certification path enrolment

This role is for a duration of 9 months (extendable, basis performance and client requirement) and requires the consultant to devote their Full Time capacity in an Hybrid Model based in either Pune or Bangalore.

Skills Required

- Degree in engineering or business from a premier university.
- 5+ years of Process, Quality, Procurement , Solution tendering, business development, and/or project management experience.
- Position requires frequent communication with teams across International (EAJ,
pacific, MEA, India, and SAM). Candidate must be comfortable in working in a very diversified global team, with a fast paced working environment, including occasionally inconvenient time zone when needed.
- Understanding of LEAP, ISX, Design Portal, Costing sheets and CPP is a plus.
- Executive-level written and verbal English communication skills. Additional language skills (Spanish, French, Japanese, Korean) is a plus.
