Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is looking to engage with a Consultant - Sales Admin.
The position is responsible to support sales and marketing services operations including, Field Budget , Track and Monitor all Field activities submission, Monitor the Performance , Preparing Sales MIS reports , Dashboards , Sales Incentive Calculations, Disbursement to FF , Preparing Expense Budgets , Uploading Forecast ,Inventory tracking and Management at CFA , IMS Tracking Outstanding review with Finance , NEFT Process etc. Ensure all SOPs are followed. Support Sale team to enhance efficacy and effectiveness of Field Force activity.
Position responsibilities:
1. Support the Entire Sales MIS Functions.
2. Collates all data required for Budgeting process like Sales Trends, Performance vs Budget last few years, growth rates ,
3. Field activity details, PCPM, CAGR, Town Wise /HQ Wise /Distributor wise.
4. Evaluates the cost Vs sales ratio for each HQ...
5. Based on inputs received through various report and in consultation with Head Sales /BU Head develops templates for Budgeting process...
6. Preparing the Field budget in consultation with Sales/Marketing Head gets the required approvals from BU Head and then cascades the field budget to FF in timely manner.
7. Tracking sales performance vs Budget MOM, Preparing Monthly dash Boards and providing the same to BU Head/Sales /Marketing Head and ASM/RSM for appropriate review and action plans...
8. Track and Monitor all Field activities Retail Calls, Productive Calls, POB details, Beat Wise Sales etc. and provide Updated monthly reports to Sales & Marketing Team. Prepares exception reports with respect to variances and shares the same for review and action plan.
9. Seeking inputs from Marketing, Sales, coordinate with manufacturing, to prepare the sales forecast and uploading the same in the system for Production Planning.
10. Liaise with D&L, CFA, plant for dispatches, Track and Monitor the dispatches, Monitor the stock Inventory at CFA and share exception reports pertaining to short expiry with Sales and marketing for appropriate action. .
11. Review with finance the outstanding status periodically, help in reconciliation of the outstanding status, and follow up with Sales team to complete the same...
12. Configuring the NEFT details for all Stockiest, ensuring new stockiest NEFT Virtual accounts are set up in liaison with Finance and treasury Team. Sharing the details with FF for enabling business transactions in a seamless manner.
13. Sales Incentive calculation of FF and contract resource, getting the same validated with Finance and advising Payroll for disbursement of incentives to Sales team in a timely manner.
14. Checking and processing fortnight expenses of Sales Officers.
15. Consolidating and send Sales reports to AHM’s and RHM’s
16. Maintain all relevant master data of stockiest, sales details in a safe and secure manner.
17. Maintaining the date and record as required by Client Audit.
18. Collaborate and support Sales team to enhance their Efficiency and effectiveness by providing MIS and analytical Reports.
Organizational Relationship:
· Ensure cooperation and information exchange between all departments involved in processes (BU’s, HR, BT, Medical, Legal, Finance etc. groups)
· Cooperation with external clients, including CFAs and other vendors
Consultant to be based full time onsite in BKC-Bandra, Mumbai
Full time capacity for 12 months
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales, Admin or SFE functions with reputed organization.
Excellent Communication skills.
Analytical and Thinking skills.
Should be a self Starter in managing projects independantly.
Technical capabilities:
Proficiency in MS Office ( Advanced Excel, Word and PPT), SAP
