Assignment Details

Our client, a Global Personal Care Company, is looking to engage with a Modern Trade Consultant.

Key Responsibilities -

1. Identify current and future market trends, needs and identifying growth needs
2. Assist in developing conventional growth plans and tactics to maximize the potential of business
3. Facilitate implementation of business plans and marketing strategies to increase market penetration or market share where appropriate
4. Interact significantly with key customers, sales representatives, and global marketing partners
5. Identify key customer needs specific to target market
6. Execute market plans necessary to undertake conventional market development activities with clear metrics and distinct milestones
7. Develop the sales and marketing AOP/QOP and closely track key metrics of conversion and retention
8. Engage consumer with right product mix, consumer pricing, promotion vs competition and ensure offtakes inline with primary
9. Monitor and analyze business performance versus plan; sales, expenses, budget allocation, listing, margin, forecasting accuracy
10. Deliver the planned outcome and ACOS/ROI attributed sales, and efficiently deploy budget for brand building across the portals

Skills Required

1. Experience – 6 years with high execution and metric orientation
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to summarize complex information in a clear and concise manner
3. Negotiation & networking skills
