Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Support as a strategic HR partner to translate business strategies and objectives into Home Care plans
- Execute change and transformation programs in alignment with business strategy.
- Collaborate with the HR business partners for creating a high-performance culture by creating and implementing team and organizational design solutions, providing measurable performance indicators and improvement plans.
- Stakeholder management and partnership to deliver business value
- Using Leadership and Talent development tools to drive organization and team performance
- Lead People & Capability Development to ensure the organization is always fit to compete in the marketplace
- Previous HR Business Partnering experience is desired.
- Ability to learn from observation and experiences around and courageous to be able to take a stand and take the “difficult right” over an “easy wrong” path
- Have the adaptability and resilience to balance short-term and long-term priorities

Flexing It will be involved end to end right from contracts to invoicing. Once you are finalized, your payment details are transparently laid out in your contract terms with your client and our team actively liaises with the client finance team to ensure timely payments.
We do not charge any fee or commission from you. Your fee quote will be paid out to you in full as per your project contract.
