Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute an enterprise-wide change management strategy and roadmap covering all functions impacted by the AI/RPA programme (Finance, Shared Services, Operations, and other business units as agents/automation are deployed).
• Build and maintain a stakeholder map and influence plan across function heads, process owners, and frontline teams; secure sponsorship and sustained engagement from leadership through to end users.
• Run structured change interventions — impact assessments, readiness diagnostics, communication campaigns, training and enablement plans — aligned to each function's rollout timeline.
• Partner with the AI Enablement delivery team (incl. 3rd-party consulting partners) to translate new process/agent designs into adoption plans, resistance-management approaches, and success metrics.
• Act as the primary influence point with function heads to resolve adoption blockers, renegotiate timelines where change readiness lags, and escalate systemic resistance to the CFO/CEO office.
• Track and report adoption KPIs (usage, process compliance, sentiment, capability uptake) to the programme steering committee; recommend course corrections.
• Build internal change champion networks within functions to sustain new ways of working after the 6-month engagement and consultant handover.
• 10–15 years in organisational change management, OD, or transformation delivery, with at least one large-scale enterprise technology or process transformation (ERP, RPA, AI/automation, or shared-services rollout).
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders (function heads, CXOs) without direct authority; strong executive presence and stakeholder-management track record.
• Working knowledge of structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter) and experience designing communication, training, and adoption-measurement frameworks.
• Prior exposure to AI/automation or digital transformation programmes strongly preferred; comfort operating alongside global consulting partners (Accenture/EY/Kearney-type engagements).
• Experience in a large Indian conglomerate or FMCG/consumer goods environment is an advantage.
