Our client, World's leading health and safety organization is looking for a proactive HR Operations Specialist who goes beyond execution and brings a strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset. This role will own core HR operations while independently driving enhancements across systems, policies, and employee lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including payroll coordination, employee lifecycle
management, and statutory compliance
• Drive POSH process management including documentation, coordination, and governance
support
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and process discipline across all HR operations
• Maintenance and updating of office noticeboard
Process Excellence & SOPs
• Build, standardize, and continuously improve SOPs across all HR processes
• Identify gaps in existing workflows and drive structured process improvements across
onboarding, exit, and documentation
Policy & Documentation
• Independently review, update, and introduce HR policies aligned with business needs
• Draft employee communication, policy documents, and formal letters (including PMS,
confirmation, and other lifecycle stages)
Strategic Initiatives
• Identify and onboard new external partners (e.g., banking, HRMS, benefits) to strengthen
employee offerings
• Evaluate current HRMS, build understanding of existing limitations, and drive recommendations
for system upgrade/optimization
• Revamp key HR processes such as exit interviews, onboarding experience, and documentation
frameworks.
Performance Management Support
• Support end-to-end PMS cycle including communication, documentation, tracker management,
and releasing letters centrally to all employees
• Ensure timely execution and process adherence across performance cycles.
Employee Experience & Communication
• Strengthen employee touchpoints through structured and well-communicated processes
• Translate business requirements into clear HR solutions and execution plans
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations with exposure to payroll, compliance, and PMS
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to build SOPs and improve processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (especially for formal HR documentation)
• Comfort working with HRMS systems and driving improvements
• High attention to detail with structured thinking
