Our client, World's leading health and safety organization is looking for a proactive HR Operations Specialist who goes beyond execution and brings a strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset. This role will own core HR operations while independently driving enhancements across systems, policies, and employee lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to
coordinating interviews, selection, and offer rollout.
• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce requirements,
define candidate profiles, and deliver high-quality talent aligned with business needs.
• Develop and refine job descriptions, manage job postings across relevant channels, and drive
initiatives to strengthen the organisation’s talent attraction efforts.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, review and screen profiles received through
agencies and other sourcing channels, assess candidates against the relevant JD, and share
shortlisted profiles with hiring managers based on suitability.
• Drive the Employee Referral Programme, developing initiatives to encourage employees to
actively refer relevant talent from their professional networks.
• Lead end-to-end campus recruitment initiatives, including understanding resource requirements
with department heads, identifying and engaging relevant campuses, conducting pre-placement
talks, and developing appropriate candidate assessment processes.
• Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline through campus engagement, employee referrals,
professional networking, and other strategic sourcing channels.
• Track and analyse key Talent Acquisition metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and quality of hire, using insights to identify gaps and drive continuous improvements in recruitment processes.
HR Operations
• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll coordination, employee lifecycle -letter
drafting- visa and new joiners, management, HR documentation, and statutory compliance.
• Manage the POSH process, including documentation, coordination, records, and governance
support, ensuring adherence to organisational requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and process discipline across all HR operations and employee
lifecycle processes.
• Maintain and regularly update the office noticeboard with relevant employee communications,
HR updates, and statutory notices.
Labour Code Compliance
• Support the implementation and adoption of applicable Labour Codes, ensuring full compliance
with statutory requirements and adherence to prescribed timelines, with no deviations.
Strategic Initiatives (Future role)
• Identify and onboard new external partners (e.g., banking, HRMS, benefits) to strengthen
employee offerings
• Evaluate current HRMS, build understanding of existing limitations, and drive recommendations
for system upgrade/optimization
Performance Management Support
• Support end-to-end PMS cycle including communication, documentation, tracker management,
and releasing letters centrally to all employees (Mid year & Annual PRP)
• Ensure timely execution and process adherence across performance cycles
• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, with exposure to payroll,
statutory compliance, and Performance Management Systems (PMS).
• Strong understanding of strategic Talent Acquisition, with the ability to translate business and
workforce requirements into effective sourcing, hiring, and talent pipeline strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (especially for formal HR documentation)
• Comfort working with HRMS systems and driving improvements
• High attention to detail with structured thinking
