Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an experienced Tools & Process Training Leader to support the design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of training programs focused on business tools and operational processes. The consultant will play a key role in enabling users to effectively adopt and utilize the BfS (CRM) platform and other business tools while supporting process standardization, knowledge management, and change initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain engaging training programs, learning content, user guides, and e-learning materials for business tools and operational processes.
Build a strong understanding of the BfS (CRM) tool, its scope, and associated business processes to support training delivery and ongoing content development alongside Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions, workshops, and hands-on learning sessions for deployment leaders, champions, and end users.
Act as a subject matter expert on business tools and processes, collaborating closely with process owners, SMEs, and IT teams to incorporate new enhancements and process updates into training materials.
Support the deployment of new tools, process changes, and change management initiatives by ensuring training documentation remains current and relevant.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Partner with business stakeholders, HR, and functional teams to align learning initiatives with organizational objectives.

Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Engineering, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, process improvement, operations, or change management.
Proven experience in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and training delivery.
Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as CRM, SAP, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, or similar business applications.
Experience supporting enterprise tool deployments, process transformations, or digital adoption initiatives.
Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management certification is an added advantage.
