Assignment Details

Our client, a diversified industrial group, has recently acquired new automated solutions in their HR department. An MIS consultant is now required to clean up and load the data into these systems. The consultant would also be expected to help in related MIS tasks—such as analysing attrition patterns.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Make master database files for setting up the automation platform.
2. Getting data uploaded; modifications in the system.
3. Analyzing existing operations, protocols, and processes, and making plans for improvement.

Skills Required

1. MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
2. Coordination & follow-up skills.
3. Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills.
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
