Assignment Details

Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Consultant HR Operations with experience in HR operations, candidate sourcing, cold calling, and interview coordination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring activities while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct cold calling to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Screen candidate profiles and assess suitability based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Support end-to-end HR operations, including documentation and onboarding coordination.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate hiring records.
  • Assist in other HR operational activities as required.

NOTE-
Duration: 6 months
Location: Gurgaon
Capacity: Full Time 
Nature of Work: Hybrid (with 2–3 days per week from the office)

Skills Required

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment Coordination.
  • Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing through multiple channels.
  • Strong cold calling and candidate engagement skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with good follow-up and time management skills.
