Assignment Details

Our client, a top-tier management consultancy, is looking for consultants with experience in Business Development to help their client generate leads, develop sales strategy, drive execution plans, and design and implement targeted transformation strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1) Identify & generate new leads
2) For the leads identified, identify the value proposition (customer pain points) in supply chain
3) Create solutions with the help of dedicated solutions team
4) Pitch above solutions leading to conversion of the account.
5) Increase the client's presence an business in supply chain / logistics solutions
6) Help clients set up B2B sales process and best practices.

The roles is based out of Chennai/Mumbai and will involve frequent travel.

Skills Required

1) Must have extensive logistics / supply chain sales background
2) Strong industry connects at COO / Supply chain head levels .. should be able to walk in
3) At least 5 years of logistics sales experience in Consumer side OR engineering side
4) Ability to innovate and develop strategy as well as lead practical day-to-day execution
5) Closing / negotiation skills and motivation for sales
