Assignment Details

Our client, a leading corporate law firm, is looking to engage with a consultant to help them think through how they can double revenues from a key practice - Regulatory and compliance with a focus on Financial Services - in the next 3 years.

Key Responsibilities:

* Understanding current thinking on growth and identifying additional levers (client segments, services, geographies)
* Mapping existing work processes to identify bottlenecks and elements affecting delivery
* Identifying organisational changes needed to be able to take on and deliver additional project work
* Bringing in best practices from law firms globally to help identify revenue, productivity and organisational levers

Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore (Hybrid)
Duration & Capacity: 3months, 50%

Skills Required

* Seasoned strategy consultant with experience in leading broad-based work on scaling businesses
* Prior experience working with law firms and professional services will be a huge plus
* Prior experience working in MBB or Big 4, with experience in growth and scaling up
