Assignment Details
Our client, a leading Strategy and Transformation Consulting Firm, is seeking an Independent Program Manager who will ensure a successful transition to automated stock replenishment with eCRS, generating significant financial and non-financial benefits for the company and its distributors.
Key Deliverables:
- Coordinate implementation in Andhra and TN
- Train and build capability of distributors and client team
- Drive eCRS KPIs at Distributor
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of low performance and plan remedial measures.
- Manage stakeholders across sales, supply chain, IT, distributors, and consulting team.
KPIs:
- Increase compliance levels of eCRS as per company goals (Target: >80% compliance level)
- Compliance level = Order quantity by distributor / Order suggested by eCRS
Note: This is a project-based role that requires Full-time support for a duration of 3 months and extendable. Travel will be required; Vizag, Andhra (First preference), and Pondicherry (TN). Language proficiency would be an added advantage.
Skills Required
Key Skills:
Driving KPIs at distributor end
Understanding of inventory planning & management
Proficiency in data analysis (pivots) to derive actionable insights
Strong people/team management skills
Preferred Experiences:
6-8 years of experience
Sales experience in the FMCG industry with distributor management
Experience in consulting engagements and business transformations
Prior exposure to replenishment projects at distributor level
Education from top MBA or equivalent institute
