Assignment Details

Our client is seeking a seasoned leader to serve as the Head – Experience Ecosystem & Platforms, responsible for architecting and scaling an integrated physical and digital experience ecosystem. The role requires building a seamless network that connects automotive communities, hospitality offerings, lifestyle experiences, and strategic partners into a unified customer journey. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in ecosystem development, large-scale event management, strategic partnerships, and digital platform execution to deliver premium customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the vision for an integrated experience ecosystem spanning automotive communities, resorts, lifestyle offerings, and strategic partners.
  • Build and manage a premium partner ecosystem by identifying, evaluating, onboarding, and nurturing high-value external brands, service providers, and experience partners.
  • Lead the conceptualization, planning, and flawless execution of large-scale live events, city activations, festivals, and marquee experiential programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with event production agencies, artist management firms, venue partners, sponsorship partners, and government liaison agencies.
  • Create scalable marketplace and partnership models that enable rapid expansion of experiences while generating sponsorship and commercial opportunities.
  • Define and oversee the digital infrastructure that connects customers, partners, and experiences through a unified platform and seamless user journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, digital, technology, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
  • Drive innovation in customer engagement by leveraging technology, data, and digital platforms to enhance the overall experience.
  • Establish governance frameworks, operational processes, and performance metrics to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality experiences.
  • Identify emerging trends in experiential marketing, events, partnerships, and digital ecosystems to continuously enhance the platform.

Skills Required

  • 12–15 years of experience in experiential marketing, event management, partnerships, ecosystem development, hospitality, lifestyle, media, or related industries.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale live events, festivals, brand activations, or premium experiential programs.
  • Strong network across event production companies, artist management agencies, sponsorship partners, hospitality providers, and government liaison teams.
  • Demonstrated success in building strategic partnerships and marketplace ecosystems.
  • Experience working with digital platforms, customer experience ecosystems, loyalty platforms, or marketplace models.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify partnership and revenue-generation opportunities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, project management, and execution capabilities.
