Our client, A leading financial services company, is looking for an AI-forward, digitally savvy Banca Channel Consultant with up to 5 years of experience to drive marketing & sales enablement initiatives across the Bancassurance channel.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop product-wise sales enablement content to support frontline teams
• Manage partner communication calendars across banking partners
• Support new product launches with impactful marketing campaigns
• Drive brand activations & POSM deployments across the channel
• Plan & execute Digital, WhatsApp & Email marketing journeys
• Proactively identify upcoming festivals, topical moments & cultural occasions and convert them into relevant customer/employee engagement opportunities
• Brief & collaborate with creative/digital agencies to develop topical digital engagements, quizzes, gamification & interactive experiences
• Drive contest branding, communication & rewards rollouts end-to-end
• Track business performance through dashboards, insights & actionable reporting
• Leverage AI tools & emerging digital trends to improve content creation, ideation, engagement and marketing effectiveness

Capacity: Full-time (with first and third Saturdays working)
Travel: Might be required to travel to Lower Parel office 2–3 times a month
