Assignment Details

Key responsibilities 

  • Leading a team of approximately 10 members across creative, account management, social listening, and community management.
  • Driving digital-first creative strategy and execution for social media, e-commerce, Q-commerce, digital media, and brand websites.
  • Developing content calendars, implementing data-driven creative optimization, and leveraging tools such as CreativeX, Vizit, and platform analytics.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and APAC Content Labs.
  • Managing online reputation (ORM), social listening, benchmarking, and capability building.
  • Driving AI adoption for agile content creation and creative excellence.

Skills Required

Skills and Qualification

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or Media.
  • 14–15 years of experience in leading creative agencies, including 4–5 years managing digital brands.
  • Strong expertise in digital content strategy, social media, performance marketing, and brand publishing.
  • Experience in B2C and digital-first brands.
  • Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, project management, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven content creation, regional content adaptation, and major social media platforms.
