Our client, a leading premium conglomerate, is looking to engage with an HR consultant to Craft Induction Program for Senior Leadership.
Key Deliverables:
1. To prepare and focus on Transition Support for senior leaders who join from other companies;
- A video on company's culture
- Digitizing transition support
- Making transition support as a signature process at the company
2. To prepare Induction Program/Culture assimilation for senior leadership;
3. Responsible for designing induction videos, content, cultural assimilation for bringing a seamless process in the organization.
Note: Remote with once/ twice visiting to the office. (Strong preference for Mumbai based consultants). Full time capacity required for a 3 months project (might get extended as well)
- Prior experience in designing induction programs, cultural assimilation, induction modules for senior leadership at an organization level;
- Prior experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development
- Minimum 10 years of experience is preferred;

We do not charge any fee or commission from you. Your fee quote will be paid out to you in full as per your project contract.
