Our client, a global leading FMCG organisation, is looking to engage with a Data-driven HR Project Management Consultant possessing new-age HR skills to succeed in a Digital environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Improve the organisational employee experience, enhancing employee engagement and ingenuity.
- Adapt and work with technology in the HR landscape effectively and efficiently.
- Support the entire business through Digital Transformation.
- Increase the use of People Analytics: adapt more strategic policies and procedures from data collection.
- Understand Business Strategy & focus on the big picture, plan according to what goal the company wants to accomplish and assess outcomes after the plans are implemented.
- Create metrics for outcomes and goal achievement & act on the information gathered and analysed and implement it to benefit the company’s current and future goals.
- Create digital platforms to foster connectivity, communication and collaboration within the organisation.
- At least 2+ years of expertise in Learning & Development, Data Analysis.
- Functional experience in Digital-first business platforms/brands, Technology companies & fast-paced startup environment preferred; FMCG & Pharma sectors preferred.
- Desirable skills: Analytical Thinking, Data Analysis, Digital Literacy, Organisational Acumen, Decision-making & Stakeholder Management.
