Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company, is seeking an HR Operations professional based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage HR system activities including position creation, mapping, MPR tracking, employee transfers (IJPs), and data updates
  • Ensure accuracy of employee master data (grades, reporting lines, cost centers, organizational structure)
  • Handle HR documentation such as visa letters, transfer letters, confirmation letters, and other employee requests
  • Support onboarding, internal movements, and system access coordination
  • Perform data audits, resolve discrepancies, and maintain HR system compliance
  • Prepare HR reports, trackers, dashboards, and organograms for leadership review
  • Track employee confirmations and coordinate with managers for timely completion
  • Provide end-to-end coordination for learning programs (batch creation, scheduling, attendance tracking)
  • Manage logistics and communication for training sessions and learning initiatives
  • Support employee engagement activities including events, town halls, and communication campaigns
  • Coordinate logistics, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution of engagement programs
  • Track participation, feedback, and maintain engagement calendars
  • Create and format presentations, reports, and decks for HRBPs and leadership reviews
  • Coordinate with external vendors for HR programs, including scheduling, documentation, and payments (PR-PO process)
  • Support reward processes including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and appraisal cycle coordination

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of HR operations and HR systems (HRMS tools)
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy management
  • Good coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
  • Ability to manage documentation and administrative processes efficiently
  • Experience in event coordination and vendor management
  • Analytical mindset for data tracking, reporting, and audits
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
