Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation is looking to engage with a Consultant. As a Change Strategy Consultant, you will define and shape the change strategy for a portfolio of HR data products. You will be responsible for designing a comprehensive change vision and a 12- month roadmap that enables sustainable adoption across global stakeholders. This is a hands-on, high-impact role requiring both strategic thinking and pragmatic execution guidance. You will work closely with Product Owners, HR stakeholders, and leadership to ensure change initiatives are clearly structured, prioritized, and set up for successful delivery.

Key responsibilities:
• Define the overall change strategy across multiple HR analytics products 
• Develop a 12-18 months change roadmap with clear priorities, milestones, and outcomes 
• Refine key stakeholder groups and define tailored engagement and adoption approaches 
• Define success metrics (adoption, engagement, behavioral change) and tracking approach 
• Provide clear guidance, templates, and toolkits to enable execution by the team 
• Partner with Product Owners to align change strategy with product roadmaps 
• Advise leadership on risks, dependencies, and adoption challenges

Position deliverables:
•End-to-end change strategy for selected products 
• 12-18 months change roadmap aligned with product roadmap 
• Stakeholder segmentation and engagement model 
• Adoption framework, plan and success measurement approach 
• Change toolkit (templates, playbooks, governance model) for Product Owners 
• Clear execution backlog for the team to implement post-engagemen

Skills Required

• 7–10+ years in Change Management, Transformation, or Organizational Development
• Proven experience defining change strategies for digital, data, or product-driven initiatives
• Experience working in complex, global, stakeholder-heavy environments
• Experience building change roadmaps and operating models (not just executing plans)
• Strong ability to translate product strategies into change and adoption strategies
• Experience designing scalable change frameworks and toolkits
• Excellent stakeholder influencing skills at senior level
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and define structure where none exists
• Analytical mindset with focus on adoption metrics and business impact
• Experience working in agile / product-based environments
