Assignment Details

Our client is India's leading speciality chemical conglomerate and established brand with a strong proven track record in the speciality chemicals.

They are keen to consider a Strategic Advisor mainly to advise on way forward into the Off Highway Tyres(OHT) segment-

The key responsibilities would be as follows-
1. Drive analysis and assessment of this specific industry and specific markets, across multiple dimensions.
2. Create a Go-to-Market strategy into the OHT/OTR segment.
2. Identify key capabilities, success factors and a strategic overview into the OHT markets and other customer segments.
3. Landscape the Market size, growth projections, key players, business models, channels.
4. Key drivers for market growth entry opportunities
5. Provide a Framework for assessing successful business models.
6. Creating a proposition, pricing model and financials.

Skills Required

1. Consulting experience with a top-tier consulting firm
2. Strong expertise in the Tyre segments.
3.Understand the technical aspects of the tyre production and process.
4. Comfort with doing hands-on research and data analysis
5. Comfort with speaking to industry experts to validate hypotheses & points of view as needed

About the Client

The company has the largest market share in coal tar pitch and the third-largest market share in carbon black. The company is also the largest player in Naphthalene and SNF in India.
