Assignment Details

Our client, a leading Non-Profit Technology Organization, is looking to engage with a Communications and Content Consultant.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop long-form writing content like blogs, editorials, newsletters, ghostwriting, case studies
2. Original content and editing of communication materials both on and offline, including impact reports, public reports, and white papers
3. Develop content for the company's official Social Media channels such as LinkedIn and X (previously Twitter), etc. as directed and manage the Social Media handles
4. Develop and maintain Content and Editorial Calendars
5. Develop & update brochures, media kits, key messages, fact sheets, & other collateral material as needed
6. Gather success stories and project news from program staff for use in all communication
7. Assist with the development and implementation of Public Relations plans in consultation with senior management
8. Writing of content for the company website

This project is for a duration of 3 months (extendable) and requires the consultant to work in a Remote setting devoting Part Time Capacity (50-100%)

The consultant would be required to work as per India, UK, and the USA time zones

Skills Required

• Relevant experience in the domain of Communications, English Written Content, Social Media Management
• Past experience working in a Impact space, Development Sector, or Non- Profit Organization would be ideal
• Ability to develop short form content as well as long form content like blogs, newsletters, and ghostwriting
• Exceptional verbal, written, & presentation skills along with original content writing and strong editing skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer programs, Google Drive and Google Suite, MS Teams
• Basic design/layout experience desired using design software; video editing skills would be an advantage, Exposure to video production and editing processes
• Ability to work independently and creatively find solutions to challenges
