1. Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies, standards, and roadmaps for utilities (Power, Gas, Water) in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) domains.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient architecture solutions.
3. Lead the design and implementation of CRM, Sales, Billing, and Point of Sale (PoS) systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
4. Evaluate and recommend vendor solutions such as Oracle, SAP, Kraken, Salesforce, and other relevant technologies to meet business needs.
5. Drive digital transformation initiatives within sales, CRM, and billing functions, leveraging emerging technologies and agile methodologies.
6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
