Assignment Details

Our client, a leading Indian financial services company is looking for a consultant to help make their teams conscious of the need for adoption of digital technologies, help teams define tangibly what this means for them and help determine the skills that are needed to be built to progress on this journey.

Key deliverables:
1) Analyze company's existing infrastructure and find gaps in service
2) Provide professional advice, guidance and training to client in the use of digital technologies to improve operational performance
3) Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions to deliver business value quickly
4) Apply analytic techniques to augment/transform operational business processes
5) Strategically plan and advise on incorporating or integrating information technology systems to increase commercial efficiency

Skills Required

1) Knowledge of latest technological developments and business philosophies
2) Experience in working at major Technology Consulting firms, AI Technology firms
3) Experience in and understanding of data and information management
4) Ability to communicate business value resulting from successful practice execution
5) Ability to build, motivate and lead a team within a project and a practice
