Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is looking for a Tableau Developer.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Visualization: Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards using Tableau to convey insights from digital marketing campaigns, website analytics, and other relevant data sources.
2. Dashboard Development: Design and develop Tableau dashboards that provide actionable insights to inform digital strategy decisions, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics.
3. Data Analysis: Analyze digital marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for improving campaign performance and overall digital strategy.
4. Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources, including web analytics platforms, social media channels, CRM systems, and advertising platforms, into Tableau for comprehensive analysis and reporting.
5. Report Automation: Automate the generation and distribution of Tableau reports and dashboards to stakeholders, ensuring timely access to relevant insights for informed decision-making.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to understand business requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment between digital strategy objectives and Tableau reporting solutions.
7. Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of Tableau dashboards and reports, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and optimize performance to ensure smooth functionality and usability.
9. Documentation: Document Tableau development processes, data sources, and dashboard designs to ensure clarity, consistency, and scalability of reporting solutions.
10. Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on Tableau usage, best practices, and interpretation of data insights to foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
This project is for a duration of 4 months (extendable) and requires the consultant to work remotely devoting their Full-Time Capacity.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Server for creating visualizations and interactive dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Expertise in designing visually appealing dashboards to communicate key metrics effectively.
- Understanding of SQL for data manipulation and optimization of Tableau queries.
- Experience integrating data from various sources for comprehensive analysis.
- Technical aptitude in data modeling and database structures.
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize Tableau performance.
