Assignment Details

Our client, a US based technology company is looking for a Power BI expert to spearhead the implementation of critical enhancements in their data visualization and analytics solutions. As a Power BI Expert, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing their existing dashboards to provide comprehensive insights into their manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for Power BI enhancements.
2. Design and develop new Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize complex datasets.
3. Populate the existing dashboard with the following enhancement points:
a. Determine the number of plants manufacturing a specific product, showcasing examples such as "Product X is created at Halol, Baddi plants," etc.
b. Identify and display the number of plants under the same manufacturer.
c. Determine the number of products under each plant and represent this information visually.
d. Analyze and showcase which products have requested how many codes, providing insights into code request distribution.
e. Monitor and visualize the number of batches manufactured within a specified date range, enabling trend analysis.
f. Provide a plant-wise code request analysis, offering insights into code request patterns across different manufacturing plants.

Skills Required

1. Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing dashboard development skills.
2. Proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and M Query.
3. Experience in data modeling, transformation, and visualization techniques.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
