Assignment Details

A Leading Indian Multinational Conglomerate is looking to engage with a seasoned Coaching and Mentoring Consultant to support large-scale leadership and talent development initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and govern coaching and mentoring engagements across a network of 500+ internal coaches and mentors 
  • Manage end-to-end coordination of coaching programs, ensuring timely follow-ups, scheduling, and smooth execution 
  • Maintain and update program trackers, dashboards, and reporting systems with high accuracy and consistency 
  • Analyze participation metrics, engagement trends, feedback, and program outcomes to generate actionable insights 
  • Prepare periodic reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders 
  • Develop impact stories, testimonials, case studies, and internal branding content to showcase program effectiveness 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for coaches, mentors, and participants, addressing queries and providing operational support 
  • Collaborate with HR, L&D, Talent Management, and cross-functional teams to drive seamless program delivery within a matrixed organization 
  • Ensure adherence to program governance, communication standards, and operational timelines 
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements

Skills Required

 

  • Experience in HRBP, Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Management, Coaching Operations, or related domains 
  • Strong program management and coordination capabilities in large-scale organizational initiatives 
  • Proficiency in engagement tracking, reporting, dashboard management, and workflow coordination 
  • Ability to analyze engagement data and convert insights into meaningful narratives and recommendations 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities 
  • Comfortable interacting with senior leaders, coaches, mentors, and cross-functional teams 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail 
  • Ability to manage execution-heavy processes in fast-paced, matrixed enterprise environments 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools, and collaboration platforms
