Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is looking for a HR Project manager to join the HR team as a project-based contributor to lead and orchestrate key HR initiatives across workforce planning, governance, and talent operations.
This mission is designed for someone who can structure projects, drive execution, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure delivery of impactful HR outcomes.
Your Mission:
You will act as a project owner across multiple HR workstreams, ensuring alignment, progress, and delivery across priorities such as workforce planning, leadership governance, and HR campaigns.
Key Project Areas
1. HR Project & Initiative Management
Structure and manage multiple HR projects end-to-end
Define timelines, track milestones, and ensure delivery against objectives
Drive accountability across stakeholders and follow through on key actions
2. Workforce Planning & Strategic Coordination
Lead coordination of workforce planning cycles across teams
Consolidate inputs, identify gaps, and ensure readiness for decision-making
Support scenario-building and prioritization discussions
3. Governance & Leadership Forums
Orchestrate key HR governance bodies (People Committees, Sounding Boards, Leadership roundtables)
Design agendas, prepare materials, and ensure clear outputs
Track decisions and ensure execution of agreed actions
4. HR Operations & Process Excellence
Streamline HR operational processes and improve efficiency
Oversee HR ticket management and operational workflows
Ensure consistency, structure, and reliability across HR activities
5. Data & Insights for Decision-Making
Translate workforce data into clear, actionable insights
Ensure data quality and reliability for leadership discussions
Support preparation of dashboards and executive summaries
6. HR Campaigns & Engagement Initiatives
Coordinate rollout of HR campaigns and key initiatives
Align stakeholders and ensure execution across teams
Monitor progress and drive follow-up actions
