About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to support end-to-end hiring for corporate functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong in-house recruitment experience within the Pharma or FMCG sectors and demonstrate the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively while delivering high-quality talent.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate functions
2. Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent requirements and hiring strategies
3. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
4. Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates in line with role requirements and organizational fit
5. Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
6. Track and report hiring metrics and ensure timely closure of positions
7. Maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
