Assignment Details

Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant with strong expertise in strategic sourcing, talent mapping, and competitive market analysis within the energy management, industrial automation, electrical equipment, or related manufacturing industries.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans.
  • Conduct talent mapping and competitive intelligence to identify top talent from target organizations.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other innovative sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide market insights.
  • Track sourcing metrics and continuously optimize sourcing strategies.

Skills Required

  • 7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience hiring for the energy management, industrial automation, electrification, electrical products, power systems, or industrial technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of competitor landscape and talent movement within the industry.
  • Excellent research, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
