Assignment Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed and structured Job Descriptions (JDs) for roles across functions up to the L3 level
  • Define reporting structures, role purpose, key responsibilities, decision-making authority, and inter-functional dependencies
  • Ensure role clarity and alignment with the broader organization structure designed by the Bain team
  • Create comprehensive Roles & Responsibilities (R&R) frameworks for each identified role
  • Define ownership areas, accountability structures, and expected deliverables for each function
  • Support alignment between business objectives and role expectations
  • Design measurable KPIs for each role/function to enable performance tracking and accountability
  • Define role-specific SLAs and operational success metrics
  • Ensure KPIs are aligned with business outcomes, operational efficiency, and organizational priorities
  • Develop ideal/reference target candidate profiles for all L1 roles and selected critical L2 roles
  • Define educational background, domain expertise, competencies, leadership capabilities, and functional experience required for success
  • Provide internal hiring benchmarks and candidate requirement frameworks for remaining roles
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal stakeholders to gather role-specific inputs and validate deliverables
  • Participate in working sessions and discussions to refine organizational and talent frameworks
  • Ensure timely delivery of all project outputs within defined timelines

    • Workforce Planning / HR Transformation
  • Strong experience in developing:

    • KPI Structures
    • Talent Mapping Frameworks
  • Ability to work independently in a consulting-led, fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
