Our client, is a global FMCG firm and is looking to engage with a PF Executive to manage end-to-end Provident Fund (PF) and Employee Pension Scheme (EPS) transfer processes for employees. The role requires strong knowledge of statutory compliance, EPFO procedures, stakeholder coordination, and employee query management.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Manage end-to-end PF and EPS transfer activities for employees.
2-Support PF and EPS-related processes for employee separations (leavers).
3-Coordinate with EPFO officials for case processing, issue resolution, and timely follow-ups.
4-Submit and provide employee-related data to EPFO as per official requirements.
5-Handle PF and EPS-related employee queries and ensure prompt resolution.
6-Ensure compliance with all applicable PF, EPS, and statutory regulations.
7-Maintain accurate employee records and documentation related to PF and pension activities.
8-Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports.
9-Prepare and deliver periodic and ad-hoc reports with high accuracy.
10-Drive initiatives to improve employee experience and service delivery.
1-Strong knowledge of PF, EPS, EPFO processes, and statutory compliance.
2-Hands-on experience working on EPFO portals and related systems.
3-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
4-Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
5-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
10-High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
