Our client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is looking to engage with a HR Consulting Firm to support their project on Leadership Potential Assessment.
The goal is to run and execute top notch assessment center which this will play a pivotal role in creating strong leadership pipeline. The process will involve assessing potential leaders on select competencies based on competency mapped in the success profiles. This could involve simulators viz. inbox, case lets, management games, group discussion with an outcome of individual and group gap areas.
• Design a program in which potential leaders can be tested or evaluated on the core values and goals of the client to understand an approach to their next level at the firm.
• Assist in shortlisting relevant people and good performers
• Devise a training module and program to further upskill and refine the skills of these people to make them ready to be leaders at the organization
• Understand pain points of the potential leaders and tackle them by targeted training in different domains like soft skills, refined communication, critical thinking, logical problem solving and more.
1. Proven experience as a Leadership and Executive coach or trainer
2. Should have specialization in organization building
3. Prior experience of working with CXO leaders would be beneficial
4. Excellent presentation and communication skills
5. Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
