Our client, a leading private sector bank, is looking to engage with a Talent specialist for Senior Tech hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior technical positions, including principal engineers, software architects, and other high-level technology roles.
2. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in the technology sector.
3. Utilize a deep understanding of HR consulting or internal recruitment within large IT firms to effectively navigate the hiring landscape.
4. Take ownership of candidate pipeline management, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
5. Leverage existing networks and establish new connections to access diverse talent pools, both locally and globally.
6. Analyze data and market trends to identify emerging skill sets and anticipate hiring needs.
7. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand position requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
8. Provide timely updates and insights on recruitment metrics, performance, and challenges to relevant stakeholders.
9. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
10. Demonstrate adaptability, agility, and resourcefulness in addressing evolving hiring needs and market dynamics.
Location: Onsite (Multiple locations: Bangalore, Pune, and Hyderabad) & Remote

1. Proven experience (12-15 years) in talent acquisition for senior technical roles within the technology sector.
2. Strong background in HR consulting or internal recruitment within large IT firms.
3. Expertise in utilizing various sourcing channels and networks to identify and engage top-tier talent.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive informed decision-making.
