Our client, a leading private sector bank, is looking to engage with a Talent, OD, and Leadership Development Specialist for one of their project opportunities.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent management, organizational development (OD), and leadership development initiatives to support the organization's strategic objectives.
2. Collaborate closely with global stakeholders, including line managers and senior leaders, to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions.
3. Conduct thorough needs assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities for enhancing organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and leadership capabilities.
4. Design and deliver high-impact training programs, workshops, and coaching interventions to develop leadership competencies and drive employee growth and development.
5. Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management processes to identify high-potential employees and ensure robust talent pipelines.
6. Partner with HR colleagues to integrate talent, OD, and leadership development strategies into broader HR initiatives and practices.
7. Drive change management efforts to support organizational transformation initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
8. Provide expertise and guidance on best practices in talent management, OD, and leadership development, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging research.
9. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, offering insights and recommendations to address talent-related challenges and opportunities.
10. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent, OD, and leadership development initiatives through data analysis and feedback mechanisms, making adjustments as needed to optimize impact.

Capacity, Duration: Full time, 12 months
1. Demonstrated expertise (12-15 years) in talent management, organizational development, and leadership development, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
2. Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent and leadership development programs in a complex, global environment.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
4. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive projects to completion on time and within budget.
5. Strategic thinking coupled with a hands-on approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering practical, business-oriented solutions.
6. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a willingness to embrace change and uncertainty.
7. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and across geographies.
8. Knowledge of talent assessment tools, leadership competency models, and other relevant HR analytics and methodologies.
