Our Client a specialized drug development and manufacturing company is looking to engage with a Project Manager Consultant.
Key Responsibilties:
1-Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring completion within scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
2-Align project objectives with organizational business goals and strategic priorities.
3-Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
4-Define project scope, manage change requests, and mitigate scope creep through structured governance.
5-Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
6-Establish effective communication and stakeholder management frameworks across teams and leadership.
7-Drive project governance through regular reviews, reporting, and performance tracking using KPIs.
8-Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear accountability through RACI-based role definitions.
9-Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, and overall project health, taking corrective actions when required.
10-Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, risk logs, and lessons learned.
11-Lead project closure activities, conduct post-project reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
1-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.
2-PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
3-Proven experience managing cross-functional projects from initiation through closure.
4-Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
5-Experience in budget management, risk management, and project governance.
6-Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
