Assignment Details

Our client, A leading automotive and mobility company is looking to engage with a consultant who can deliver following key responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute the long-term strategy to build a premium adventure and lifestyle ecosystem around the brand, driving customer loyalty and engagement.
  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale adventure experiences, including off-road expeditions, rallies, overlanding events, luxury camping experiences, and curated travel programs.
  • Design and implement tiered membership programs and exclusive engagement initiatives that foster a highly engaged, loyal, and aspirational community.
  • Build and scale a digital-first community platform that seamlessly integrates physical experiences, memberships, content, commerce, and partner offerings.
  • Own the business P&L, driving revenue growth through adventure experiences, memberships, sponsorships, merchandise, strategic partnerships, and new business opportunities.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with travel operators, hospitality brands, tourism boards, adventure specialists, technology platforms, and lifestyle brands to expand the ecosystem.
  • Utilize customer data and analytics to drive personalized engagement, improve customer retention, increase participation rates, and influence vehicle upgrades and repeat purchases.
  • Establish operational excellence by creating scalable processes, ensuring safety compliance, managing vendors, and delivering consistently premium customer experiences.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across operations, marketing, partnerships, digital platforms, customer experience, and business development to achieve business objectives.
  • Continuously identify market trends, customer insights, and emerging adventure experiences to innovate offerings and strengthen the brand's leadership position in the adventure mobility segment.

Skills Required

Experience:

 

  • 10+ years of experience in adventure tourism, experiential marketing, travel, hospitality, automotive, consumer lifestyle brands, or community-driven businesses.
  • Proven leadership experience managing large-scale adventure operations, premium customer experiences, expeditions, events, or experiential programs with end-to-end execution responsibility.
  • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience owning P&L, budgeting, revenue growth, business expansion, sponsorships, partnerships, and monetization strategies.
  • Experience building and scaling customer communities, membership or loyalty programs, and digital engagement platforms that drive customer retention and advocacy.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing strategic partnerships across travel, hospitality, tourism, corporate sponsors, technology platforms, and external ecosystem partners.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, customer analytics, and digital platforms, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance engagement, personalize experiences, and drive cross-sell and customer lifetime value.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and execution skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and build scalable, customer-centric business models in a fast-paced environment.
