Assignment Details

Our client, an American multinational manufacturer of confectionery & pet food, is looking to engage with a E-Commerce Executive with expertise in excel.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
-Check for In stock everyday and coordinate with DB
-Ensure the fulfilment of customers' orders via store pick of delivery service.
-Execute activities driven by data analytics on excel .
-Monitor and maintain proper functionality of the website.
-Track and report the business outcome of data-driven insights.
-Learn to work on Database Management System and Order Management System.
-Generate reports from last mile logistics partner
-Make claim reports for the DB every period
-Ensure claims are processed
-Coordinate with customer care team to manage grievances
-Conduct data analysis to generate data-driven market insights and manage
relationships with business partners.
