Our client, a Leading Big Four Consulting Firm, is looking for an independent consultant who can deliver the following responsibilities:
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for ground handling, airport services, airline operations, and air cargo logistics.
2. Oversee operations within each sector, ensuring adherence to safety, regulatory standards, and efficient service delivery.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders including airlines, ground handlers, airport authorities, and logistics partners to optimize operations and enhance customer experience.
4. Provide leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to teams, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
5. Conduct sector-level and subsector-level analysis to identify opportunities and challenges within the air transport industry.
6. Deliver expert advice, recommendations, and solutions to clients and stakeholders, supporting the development and implementation of sector initiatives and projects.
