Our client, an American multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation, is seeking an Independent Service Portfolio Consultant possessing extensive experience and expertise in Service Delivery Operations, Vendor Management, Business Operations, Business Partner Relationship Management, Operational Excellence, Business Process Optimization, Commercial Operations, Technology, and Data Analytics Tools, among others.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage engagements with 3rd party vendors for customer-facing operations, including Creative and Content Development, Data & Analytics, Research and Survey, and Translation Services.
Oversee vendor teams to ensure contractual obligations are met and expected service levels are delivered.
Lead the implementation of vendor management policies and procedures, track vendor performance metrics, and conduct risk assessments.
Develop analytics deliver strategies, lead analytics projects, and propose ideas for robust analytics processes.
Support in managing standardized operating procedures and integrating vendor management processes with overall business processes.
Support the service delivery for a shared service platform and key improvement projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with operational, hiring, retention, and service delivery expectations as defined in vendor SLAs.
Work closely with Customer Facing Account Directors to ensure successful customer experiences and support global service delivery model expansion.
Manage the vendor governance process with suppliers in the vendor management tool.
Support with overseeing outsourced vendor to manage and monitor all elements of Service Delivery Operations.
Duration: One-year contract
Location: Delhi
Capacity: Full-time (5 days/week)
Timings: Primarily, India timings, but it also requires flexibility in working across different time zones.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline.
Proficiency in data analytics tools and technologies with at least 6 years of practical experience.
Strong business operations acumen and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Stakeholder relationship building abilities, negotiation & influencing skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
7-10 years' experience in Service Delivery Management, Project Management, Vendor Management, Operational Excellence, Business Process Optimization, Commercial Operations, Technology, and/or Consulting.
Technical skills in Operations, Business Process & Workflow.
Master's in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
Certifications such as Six Sigma, ITIL, PMP are preferred.
Behavioral competencies in Business Transformation, Learning Agility, Change Management, Influence, and Cross-cultural Awareness.
