Assignment Details

Our client, a new age digital first bank is looking to engage with a Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
 Manage Outsourcing Risk at the enterprise level.
 Support Head-ORM in implementing the Outsourcing Policy of the Bank.
 Be able to guide Units on Outsourcing and support in making assessment based on RBI &; Internal Guidelines.
 Review Outsourcing Risk Templates from an Operational Risk perspective.
 Tracking of Outsourcing Contracts across the Business, Support &; Operations units of the Bank &; the periodic reviews of Outsourced Activities and publish MIS highlighting exceptions.
 Support in preparation of decks for monthly reviews with Senior Management.
 Providing relevant inputs for the Outsourcing Committee Deck.
 Undertake required regulatory reporting(s) related to Outsourcing.
 Other ad-hoc assignments and projects that may be assigned from time to time.

Capacity: Full time
Location: Kalina, Mumbai
Duration: 6 months

Skills Required

 Graduate / Post Graduate with a minimum 5 years’ experience in managing Outsourcing related activities. A Professional Degree with an experience in undertaking Outsourcing
Assessments within a Bank will be an added advantage.
 Good knowledge of various aspects of Outsourcing.
 Strong communication and writing skills &; fluent in written and verbal English.
